The problem
Revenue lost. Resources wasted.
Scattered buying signals leave your team blindsided while go-to-market effort goes to the wrong accounts.
Wasted effort
Static lists waste effort
Firmographic lists say who could buy, not who is moving, so most of the effort goes to accounts not in the market. Buying intent alone is not the answer.
Lost trust
Generic outreach costs trust
Without a reason to call, reps send what everyone sends. Buyers ignore it, and your name wears thin.
Lost deals
Competitors get there first
Your CRM has the history, not this month’s change, so a competitor often shapes the deal before you see it.
Up to 95% of B2B buyers aren’t in the market right now.¹
The few that are moving leave small traces. Salvanta follows them.
How it works
From small facts to a won deal.
Fewer, better-timed touches: chase only accounts with a reason. Every fact is sourced, and sales approves what reaches your CRM.

Where Salvanta looks
Then every Signal answers what, who, how and when.
What
Context
What is changing at the account and why it matters for what you sell. Every fact is dated and sourced.
Who
Accounts and stakeholders
Which accounts show Signals for what you sell, and the people inside who decide, influence and sign, mapped by role.
How
Personal outreach
A first message rooted in the facts, each person’s background and what they likely care about. Your team edits and sends.
When
Timing
How far along the account is in its demand pattern, and how to position your offer at this moment.
Your team, data and CRM
How much work is it for my team?
Setup takes about 15 minutes and is done with you: describe what you sell and confirm your accounts. Your team sees its first Signals on day one. After that, plan 20–30 minutes a day to review new Signals and act on the best ones.
What happens to our data?
Your CRM data and your Signals are never shared with other customers. Each organization runs in its own isolated environment.
How do Signals get into our CRM?
Nothing goes in until someone on your team with approval rights approves it. Salvanta then pushes the record to HubSpot or Salesforce, carrying the evidence, roles and outreach history, so your team picks up where the Signal left off.
What if our CRM history is patchy, or we can’t share it yet?
Your sample needs no CRM access. Live Signals don’t wait for it; your CRM history sharpens them, ranking accounts you already know differently from net-new ones. Gaps leave less context; Salvanta never fills them in.
How it works
How do we know it isn’t making things up?
Every statement in a Signal cites a dated fact, and every fact links to its source. A check rewrites, flags or hides any claim without support. The score ranks what to look at first; it isn’t a win probability.
Will Salvanta contact our prospects?
No. Salvanta aims for a few high-quality touch points, led by your people, not generic AI outreach. It suggests the roles, the angle and a first draft; your team edits it and sends it from its own email or LinkedIn.
Is this just intent data?
No. Intent data is one input among many. Salvanta joins buying intent, live public signals and your own data, from CRM and website to newsletters and LinkedIn campaigns, in one engine that finds real buying windows. Every Signal shows its sources.
How is this different from signal tools or an AI assistant?
Signal tools hand you a toolkit to configure; an AI assistant gives a snapshot of what it can see today. Salvanta watches your accounts across public signals, buying intent and your own data, month after month, to spot real trends, not the tip of the iceberg.
Pilot and pricing
What does the Pipeline Pilot include?
Eight weeks, up to 500 named accounts, unlimited Signals, 60 full reveals a month, unlimited CRM pushes, and you work directly with our founders. $4,950, credited in full to your first year. No accepted Opportunity? Your fee back.
How is it priced, and do you charge for results?
Per seller, annually. Each seller covers a set number of your named accounts, so your team never gets more Signals than it can work, and every service you sell is mapped at no extra cost. We never bill per Signal, per CRM push or as a share of the deals you close. You start with a fixed-fee pilot.
What happens after the pilot?
An annual agreement sized to your sales team. We quote it after the pilot, when we both know how many sellers work Signals and how many accounts you want covered.
